These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and sales funnel pages at ei-unleashed.com and the purchase of any products or services offered by EI-UNLEASHED. This includes our books, online courses, coaching services, and community access. By accessing our website, landing pages, or funnel pages — or by placing an order — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.
EI-UNLEASHED is the trading name of Jon Manning, a sole trader based at 1 Delaval Road, Whitley Bay NE26 2NG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected] or on 0191 535 2954.
We operate our website, sales funnel pages, and checkout flows under the domain ei-unleashed.com. You may arrive at our products through a variety of landing pages and promotional funnel pages hosted on this domain; these Terms apply equally to all such pages.

All prices are displayed on the relevant product or funnel page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Prices are displayed in USD and/or GBP. Where applicable, any taxes or additional charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Our online courses are delivered through the GoHighLevel course platform. When you purchase access to a course, you will receive login details by email following successful payment. Course content is streamed online and may include video lessons, downloadable resources, and worksheets.
Licence. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. Each licence is for a single named individual only. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, share login credentials, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written consent.
Refund Policy for Online Courses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your course. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, regardless of whether you have accessed the content. To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of your request being approved.
Cancellation Rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases of digital content. Our 14-day satisfaction refund policy above meets and exceeds this statutory right. After 14 days from the date of purchase, no refund will be issued.
Course Availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw course content at any time. Where material changes are made to a course you have purchased, we will endeavour to notify you in advance.
When you purchase a digital product (the e-book or audiobook version of Emotional Intelligence Unleashed), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the content with any third party.
Cancellation Rights for Digital Downloads. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, where you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel, that cancellation right is extinguished once the download or streaming begins. By completing your purchase of a digital product and accessing the content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of that digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right from the moment access is granted.
Orders for the printed book are subject to availability. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at the checkout stage before you confirm your order.

If you are a consumer purchasing in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order for a physical book within 14 days of receiving it, provided the book is returned to us in its original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Booking a 1:1 coaching session with Jon Manning is subject to availability and acceptance of your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booking; Jon will confirm acceptance and provide booking details separately.
Payment. Payment for coaching sessions must be made in full prior to the session date, unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellations and Rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No Guarantee of Outcomes. Coaching services are provided in good faith and are based on Jon Manning's expertise in Emotional Intelligence, NLP, and Personal Energy Strategy. However, we cannot guarantee specific personal, professional, or business outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, effort, and application.
We use sales funnel and landing pages hosted under the ei-unleashed.com domain to promote and sell our products and services. These pages are operated using the GoHighLevel / LeadConnector platform. Any personal data you submit through a funnel page — including your name, email address, or payment details — is subject to our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply equally to purchases and sign-ups made through any funnel or landing page on our domain.
Funnel pages may include promotional pricing, limited-time offers, or order bumps. The price and product description displayed on the funnel page at the time of your purchase form the basis of your contract with us.
Access to The Empowered Leader's Circle is provided free of charge and is hosted on the ClientClub platform. By joining the community, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in abusive, spamming, or disruptive behaviour without notice or liability.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, Insights articles, digital products, and course materials — is the intellectual property of EI-UNLEASHED (Jon Manning) or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EI-UNLEASHED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
